What’s been happening:

Retired as Chautauqua County District Atty after 3 terms, the first of his political party in County history. Elected chair of the New York State Bar Association Criminal Justice Section for a 2 year term commencing 6/1/09. Promoted to fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Sciences at its Feb. 09 annual meeting. Daughter, Jeanne graduated with distinction from PSU 6/07 & is now in Texas earning her PhD.
